As the year draws to a close it’s good to review, let go and make room for celebration.

The purpose of this day of reflection is to open ourselves to that place within which is at peace and from which goodwill flows.

The barriers to this are run by the dynamics of each of the nine types which divert us from our essential selves. While the heart types focus on the need for unconditional love and connection, the body types focus on the need for satisfaction and a sense of self-worth and head types on knowing what makes life flourish and secure.

We become preoccupied with these ‘habits’ and while being oblivious to the benevolence of being in the present moment. Our essential selves, the ‘I’ fades into the background.

As the year draws to a close we will allow time to gather our awareness and be at ease with what is. Opportunities will be given to look at these blocks and find peace so we can move into the season with compassion for the important people in our lives with a sense of openness, joy and goodwill to all.

Note: If you’d like to become a member of an ongoing group which will meet periodically please make every effort to attend.
