Barry Ahern B.A., H.D.Ed., M.InstLM., is the director of enneagram SOLUTIONS and has a background in education, counselling and publishing.

Barry works as an Enneagram specialist in areas that include coaching, communication, leadership development, decision making and team development.

He has contributed to programs at third level institutes and contributes to the Diploma in Executive Coaching and the MSc Business Administration Programme at the Irish Management Institute where he is an associate.

He is a graduate of the Enneagram Professional Training Program with Helen Palmer ® and David Daniels and is a supervisor on the internship program.

He is a founding member of the Enneagram in Business Network Europe whose aim is to bring the insights and understandings of the Enneagram in the narrative tradition to organisations. He is also a founding member of Enneagram Ireland.
